Drahmo-Expedition: Touren ab Basislager und Rückreise

Aus dem Basislager wurden mehrere Akklimatisations- und Erkundungstouren auf umliegende Berge um 6000m unternommen. Während eines mehrtägigen Vorstosses wurde ein vorgeschobenes Basislager (ABC) installiert, die Nordseite von Drahmo erkundet, sowie der Gipfel P6456 bestiegen. Eine darauf einsetzende Schlechtwetterperiode brachte reichlich Schnee, der weitere Touren danach stark erschwerte. Nach strapaziöser Räumung des ABC machte sich die Gruppe auf den Rückweg, weitgehend auf der gleichen Trekkingroute. Der nepalesische Koch musste wegen einer Trombose mit dem Helikopter evakuiert werden, und konnte in Kathmandu wieder kuriert werden. Die anderen Teilnehmer der Expedition erreichten nach erlebnisreichem Aufenthalt wohlbehalten ihre jeweilige Heimat.
